To the east of this Sea of Fragrant Water of Boundless Wondrous Flowers, adjoining the Sea of Fragrant Water of the Treasury of Stainless Flames, is a great lotus named Wondrous Adornment, King of All Fragrant Mani Jewels. Upon this great lotus is a world-seed named Universally Illuminating Garland of Lands, whose substance is the roaring sound of bodhisattva practices. At its lowest extremity is a world named Palace-Adorned Banner, square in shape, surrounded by worlds equal in number to the dust motes in one Buddha-land, and entirely pure. The Buddha there is named Light Between the Brows Universally Illuminating.

Above it, beyond worlds equal in number to the dust motes in a Buddha-land, is a world named Treasury of Virtuous Flowers, circular in shape, surrounded by worlds equal in number to the dust motes in two Buddha-lands. The Buddha there is named Wisdom of the Boundless Ocean of All Dharmas.

Above it, beyond worlds equal in number to the dust motes in a Buddha-land, is a world named Wondrous Fragrant Wheel of Excellent Transformations, shaped like a vajra, surrounded by worlds equal in number to the dust motes in three Buddha-lands.
