RULE 16
Whatever bhikkhunī, knowing that a place of rest belongs to another bhikkhunī, arrives afterward and deliberately forces her way in between, spreading out her bedding in order to sleep and rest there, with the thought: "If that one finds it too cramped, she will move away on her own"—acting for that reason and no other, it is not proper conduct; a pācittiya.
