What is this season?
In Vietnamese folk custom the full moon of the first lunar month is Thượng Nguyên, the seventh is Trung Nguyên and the tenth is Hạ Nguyên. For Buddhists it is a full-moon day, one of the month's observance days. This path gathers seven short discourses fitting the end of the year: gratitude, giving, kindness and dedication.
