Whatever bhikkhunī, when reciting the precepts, speaks thus: "Sister, what use is there in reciting these minor and trifling precepts? When these precepts are recited, they only cause those who train to feel vexed, ashamed, and doubtful"—out of contempt for the precepts, a pācittiya.
