RULE 44
Should any bhikkhunī, having transferred a robe by means of the act of relinquishment (vikappana) to a bhikkhu, a bhikkhunī, a sikkhāmānā, a sāmaṇera, or a sāmaṇerī, afterwards take it back for her own use without asking the owner, it is a pācittiya offense.
