RULE 3
Whichever bhikkhunī, when her robe is finished and the kaṭhina has been relinquished, receives out-of-season robe cloth, she may accept it if she has need. Having accepted it, she should quickly make it into a robe. If it is sufficient, that is good; if it is not sufficient, she is permitted to keep it for one month, in order to wait until it becomes sufficient. If she keeps it beyond that limit, it is a nissaggiya pācittiya.
