1. Learn one small idea
Choose a short lesson: the Four Noble Truths, the Noble Eightfold Path, mindfulness, compassion, or a bilingual scripture passage. The goal is to understand one point, not to study a great deal.
Inti Dharma
You do not need to wait until you have plenty of time. Each day, all it takes is one clear Dharma idea, one minute returning to body and mind, and a kind action small enough to take immediately.

A manageable rhythm of Dharma study for a busy life.
Choose a short lesson: the Four Noble Truths, the Noble Eightfold Path, mindfulness, compassion, or a bilingual scripture passage. The goal is to understand one point, not to study a great deal.
Practice with the breath, observe body and mind, or acknowledge an emotion that is present. Learning becomes Dharma only when it enters experience.
Choose a small action: speak kindly, react less, express gratitude, apologize, or help someone. This is where the lesson is tested.
Try it before creating an account
Open a sourced scripture passage and write down exactly one thing you understood; do not lift a sentence out of its context.
Let the breath be natural and notice one feeling; do not force the mind to be empty.
Choose one small wholesome act you can do today, then note what you will verify for yourself.
If anxiety, panic or a sense of detachment from reality increases, stop the exercise and seek appropriate professional support.

Yes. Quests and Streaks help students proceed through small lessons, read source scriptures, and practice a concrete action during the day.
