Rule 7
Should any bhikkhunī, if two householders or householders' wives have set aside funds to procure a robe for a bhikkhunī, saying, "We are setting aside funds to procure such-and-such a robe for such-and-such a bhikkhunī"—that bhikkhunī, without having first received an invitation to make a request at will, goes to those two householders and speaks thus: "It is good, householders, that you have set aside funds to procure such-and-such a robe for me; please combine them together to make one robe"—doing so out of a desire for something fine. If she receives the robe, it is nissaggiya pācittiya.
